Free trial
The 14-day trial is free. You add a card or PayPal account, and the first payment is taken when the trial ends. You get a reminder email 2 days before. If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged.
How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] from the email address you used for the purchase, or use the customer portal. Refunds are paid by Freemius, our reseller, to the original payment method. It can take a few business days for your bank to show it.
When a payment is refunded, the related licence is cancelled and Pro features stop working. The free plugin keeps working.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel the yearly renewal at any time in the customer portal or by writing to us. Your licence then stays active until the end of the paid year.
