The notice does not appear
- Check that the product is actually on sale. With Show for: Reduced products only, nothing is shown without a reduction.
- Check Enable and Show on in Settings.
- The fake discount guard hides the notice when the sale price is not below the 30-day lowest price. WooCommerce › Omnibus check tells you which products this affects.
- Some themes and page builders print prices in their own way. Choose another Position on product pages, or place the block, shortcode or Elementor widget yourself.
The strikethrough price changed
That is intended: the law requires the crossed-out price to be the lowest price of the 30 days before the reduction. You can switch back to the regular price under Strikethrough price.
The Sale badge disappeared
The sale price is not below the lowest price of the previous 30 days, so it is not a genuine reduction. You can turn the guard off in the settings, but we do not recommend it.
The reference is the regular price right after installing
Cartnorm needs time to build history. Until then, the setting When history is too short applies. Import history from your previous plugin to avoid this.
A wrong price was live for a while
Correct or void the record with a reason.
